PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.The wafer turbine butterfly valve is a butterfly valve that uses a wafer connection and a turbine transmission device.
2.The turbine reduction mechanism drives the valve plate to rotate, achieving high torque and labor-saving operation.
3. It is suitable for opening and closing and flow regulation of medium- and high-pressure, large-diameter pipelines.
4.Open: Rotate the turbine handwheel clockwise, and the worm drives the valve stem to rotate 90°, the valve plate is parallel to the pipeline, and the fluid channel is fully open.
5.Close: Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, the valve plate cuts off the fluid vertically, and the sealing ring is pressed to achieve tight closure.
6.Flow regulation: The valve plate opening (0°~90°) is accurately controlled by the handwheel rotation angle to achieve linear flow regulation.
FEATURES
1.Low flow resistance and high efficiency: the flow channel is straight when fully open, and the pressure loss is small (only 10%~20% of the pipeline resistance).
2.Strong durability: the turbine box has a high protection level and is suitable for outdoor or harsh environments.
3.Limitations:The volume and weight are large, and the installation requires reserved operating space.
4.The cost is higher than the handle butterfly valve, and the maintenance complexity is slightly higher.
APPLICATION
1.Municipal engineering: large water supply network, sewage treatment plant pump station opening and closing and flow control.
2.Petrochemical: medium and high pressure pipelines for crude oil and chemical media (such as PN16~PN25).
3.Power industry: circulating water system, cooling water pipeline regulation.
4.Industrial system: large-diameter air ducts for ventilation, dust removal and flue gas treatment (such as DN1000 and above)

Product testing is carried out in accordance with GB/T13927 Industrial valve pressure test.
