PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1.Rubber Flap Check Valve is a one-way check valve that uses the elastic deformation of the rubber valve disc to push the valve disc open when the medium flows in the forward direction
2.The valve disc automatically closes when the medium flows in the reverse direction.
3.It has a simple structure and good sealing performance
4.It is widely used in liquid or gas pipelines to prevent medium back flow

FEATURES

1.High sealing performance: The rubber and valve seat fit flexibly, with zero leakage
2.Low water hammer effect: The rubber elasticity buffers the closing impact and reduces pipeline pressure fluctuations (pressure peak is reduced by 40%-60%).
3.Corrosion resistance: The rubber material is resistant to acid, alkali and salt spray corrosion, and is suitable for sewage and chemical media.
4.Low pressure loss: The flow channel is unobstructed when fully open, the resistance coefficient is ≤0.3, and the energy-saving effect is significant.
