Product Introduction

1. Vertical Structure: The pump is vertical, with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, resulting in a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance, a small footprint, and low construction investment. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. Smooth Operation: The impeller is directly mounted on the extended motor shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are optimally configured to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by pump operation, ensuring smooth operation with minimal vibration and noise.
3. Mechanical Seal: The shaft seal utilizes either an engine-ignition seal or a mechanical seal combination. Imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized, high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and wear-resistant seals made of carbide are used to effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Series/Parallel Operation: The pump can be operated in series or parallel, depending on the required flow rate and head.
5. Horizontal or Vertical Operation: The pump can be installed in either vertical or horizontal configuration, depending on the pipeline layout.

Operating Conditions

3. Suction pressure ≤1.0 MPa or the maximum operating pressure of the pump system ≤1.6 MPa (i.e., pump inlet pressure + pump head S = 1.6 MPa).
