Product Introduction

This product is designed in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Pump Standard GB6245-2006 of the People's Republic of China, "Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Test Methods," and is based on our company's years of production experience and reference to leading modern hydraulic models. This centrifugal pump is specifically designed for fire protection systems, achieving performance levels that reach the leading edge of similar domestic products. Type testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has confirmed that all performance indicators meet the standard requirements, earning it the "Fire Product Certification" from the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management.

Applications

This device consists of a diaphragm pressure tank, fire pump, control box, instrumentation, and piping, valves, and accessories. It is suitable for fire hydrant water supply systems and automatic sprinkler systems in multi-story and high-rise buildings requiring pressure boosting, as well as for various fire and domestic water supply systems.

Specifications

1.Flow Rate Range: 1-5 L/s
2.Lift Range: 30-150 m
3.Power Range: 0.75-18.5 kW
4.Rated Speed: 2900 r/min

Operating Conditions

1. This device maintains firefighting pressure at the most unfavorable point in the fire water supply piping system. It utilizes the 30-second fire water reserve stored in the pressure water tank to ensure water availability for fire sprinklers before the fire pump is activated.
2. This device uses the operating pressure set by the pressure water tank to control the pump's operating conditions, achieving pressure boosting and stabilization.
3. P1 (MPa) Maintains the required firefighting pressure at the most unfavorable point.
4. P2 (MPa) Fire pump startup pressure.
5. PS1 (MPa) Regulating pump startup pressure.
6. PS2 (MPa) Regulating pump shutdown pressure.
