SPECIFICATIONS
1.A proportional pressure reducing valve is an automatic valve that reduces the inlet pressure to the outlet pressure at a fixed ratio through mechanical proportional adjustment.
2.Its core function is to stabilize the output pressure, ensure that the downstream pipeline or equipment operates within a safe pressure range
3.Achieve dynamic pressure balance without external control
4.Pressure sensing:Outlet pressure is transmitted to the diaphragm/piston upper chamber through the feedback pipeline.
5.The diaphragm is acted upon by the combined effect of outlet pressure and spring force.
6.Dynamic balance:When outlet pressure increases: the diaphragm moves upward under pressure, pushing the valve disc to move in the closing direction, reducing the medium flow area, and the outlet pressure drops.
7.When outlet pressure decreases: the spring force pushes the diaphragm downward, the valve disc opens to increase the flow area, and the outlet pressure rises.
8.Proportional characteristics: the outlet pressure is always adjusted according to the preset ratio (such as 1/2 of the inlet pressure), regardless of flow changes.
9.Automatic pressure stabilization:The valve disc position is automatically adjusted with the inlet pressure fluctuation to maintain the outlet pressure stable
