Patrol fire control cabinet
Patrol fire control cabinet

Product Introduction
The patrol fire control cabinet features a two-in-one standby control device with switchable control modes. It offers both manual and automatic control modes, receives fire alarm signals, and prioritizes manual control. It also features audible and visual alarms for power phase loss and phase instability, as well as protection against output overload, short circuit, phase loss, and three-phase imbalance.
Parameters
1. Control Motor Power: 15-250kW
2. Control Voltage: 380V
3. Frequency: 50Hz
4. Number of Controlled Pumps: 1-8
Applications
Automatic control of domestic and industrial water supply and drainage systems, automatic control of fire protection, sprinkler, and booster pumps, air conditioning hot and cold water circulation pump systems, and control and starting of other AC motors.
Features
1. The inspection cabinet is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards CB27898-2011 and GB-50972-2014.
2. The fire inspection cabinet controls low-speed automatic inspections of fire pumps, sprinkler pumps, and pressure-stabilizing pumps, as well as low-speed automatic inspections of spray pumps. The inspection cycle and time can be adjusted to suit operating conditions.
3. Equipped with an internationally-branded PLC, it offers stable, safe, and reliable performance. The inspection pump utilizes a cross-frequency speed regulator, resulting in low starting current, low speed, minimal mechanical impact, low power consumption, and high energy efficiency.
4. Features automatic, manual, and remote pump start functions. Three pump start modes are available, with manual override and automatic activation of the backup pump in the event of a primary pump failure. Equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface, it can be connected to the central fire control room for remote fire monitoring.
5. The device features audible and visual alarms, as well as a fault memory function, capable of storing 20,000 fault messages. The Chinese-language quick-change display provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It can also memorize faults such as short circuit, phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and communication faults to facilitate troubleshooting.
6. If a fire signal is received during an inspection, the inspection will be terminated immediately, instantly activating the fire hydrant pump and sprinkler pump.
