Features

It is safe and environmentally friendly, uses water as the fire extinguishing agent, and has dual fire extinguishing mechanisms such as efficient cooling and asphyxiation. It is harmless to the human body and has no impact on the environment. It will not decompose and produce harmful substances at high temperatures. While spraying, it does not cause any harm to people in the spraying area, which is beneficial to the escape and firefighting of on-site personnel. The water consumption is 1% of water spraying, which greatly reduces the volume of the fire water tank (pool) and avoids secondary disasters caused by large amounts of drainage.

Structural principle

The complete set of closed high-pressure fine water mist nozzles for fire protection consists of nozzle body, nozzle core and filter screen. After water of a certain pressure enters the nozzle through the nozzle filter screen, the pressurized water is sprayed out from the nozzle hole at high speed, generating strong friction with the surrounding air, and the water flow is torn, thus forming fine water mist that is sprayed along a certain angle.

Application

Closed high-pressure water mist nozzles are an important component of high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing systems. They can cool the fire plume through fine mist droplets, isolate oxygen with water vapor, and reduce radiant heat to control and extinguish fires. They are usually installed in production sites, warehouses, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, theaters, office buildings, high-rise buildings and garages where there is a risk of fire.
