Working Principle

The principle is "temperature-sensing activation, automatic spraying." A special temperature-sensing glass nozzle is installed at the nozzle of the tank. When a fire occurs in the protected area and the ambient temperature rises to 68℃, the liquid inside the glass nozzle expands due to heat, causing the glass bulb to rupture automatically and the sealing components to detach. At this time, the pre-filled driving gas (nitrogen) inside the tank instantly sprays out 4 kg of ABC dry powder extinguishing agent, quickly covering the fire source and extinguishing the fire.

Main Applicable Scenarios

1. Energy Facilities: Electric vehicle/car charging sheds, gas stations, generator rooms, power distribution rooms, substations
2. Industrial Warehousing: Various warehouses, chemical plants, paint warehouses, flammable material storage areas
3. Commercial and Public: Kitchens, archives, libraries, computer rooms, laboratories, drying rooms, etc.
4. Transportation: Underground utility tunnels, cable trenches, vehicle engine compartments, etc.

Installation Points

1. Installation Height: It should be suspended 1 to 3 meters directly above the protected object, with 2.5 to 3 meters generally recommended.
2. Location Selection: Prioritize installation in the most fire-prone location within the protected area, or directly above and in the center of the area containing critical equipment.
3. Environmental Requirements: The installation environment should be dry and well-ventilated, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, and freezing temperatures. Storage temperature should be maintained between -10℃ and +50℃.
4. Transportation and Storage: Handle with care during transport. Rough handling or collisions are strictly prohibited, as it is a pressurized container.

Maintenance and Inspection

1. Daily Inspection: Quarterly inspection is recommended. Pay close attention to whether the pressure gauge pointer is in the green zone. If it is not in the green zone, the pressure is abnormal and immediate repair is required.
2. Refilling Requirements: This device is for single use only. Once activated, refilling and maintenance must be performed by a professional organization. Do not attempt to handle it yourself.
3. Periodic Hydrostatic Test: A 2.1MPa hydrostatic test must be performed each time it is refilled, or every 5 years. It can only be used after passing the test.
