PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1.The expansion flange T-type strainer is a composite device that combines a T-type filter with a flange expansion joint.
2.It has the dual functions of filtering impurities and compensating for pipeline displacement.
3.It adjusts the length of the pipeline through the expansion joint to solve the stress problem caused by thermal expansion and contraction or installation deviation.
4.At the same time, it intercepts particulate matter through the T-type filter to protect downstream equipment such as valves and pumps.

FEATURES

1.Dual functions Integrated filtering and pipeline compensation, reducing the number of equipment and saving space.
2.Easy installation The expansion joint allows pipeline installation deviation, reduces the centering accuracy requirements, and shortens the construction time.
3.Stress resistance Absorbs pipeline axial displacement and a small amount of radial offset to protect valves, pumps and other equipment from stress damage.
4.Low maintenance cost No need to disassemble the pipeline, the filter can be removed for cleaning by adjusting the length through the expansion joint.
5.Pressure and temperature resistance Working pressure ≤ PN25, temperature range: -20℃~300℃ (depending on the material and seals)

APPLICATION

1.Thermal network: filter impurities in steam and hot water pipes, and compensate for thermal expansion.
2.Long-distance pipelines: oil and natural gas pipelines, adapting to terrain subsidence or temperature changes.
3.Ship systems: compensate for pipeline displacement caused by hull deformation and filter seawater impurities.
4.Chemical plants: corrosive medium pipelines, which require frequent maintenance and have thermal displacement.
5.Building HVAC: central air conditioning water system, simplifying installation and protecting water pumps.

WORKING PRESSURE

Maximum working pressure 16 bar (230psi).

STANDARD

Product testing is carried out in accordance with GB/T13927 Industrial valve pressure test.

TEMPERATURE RANGE

0 °C to 80°C.

COATING

Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating.
