1.The balanced proportioning device consists of a normal-pressure foam liquid storage tank, a foam liquid pump, a motor, a balancing valve, a safety valve, a double-needle pressure gauge, an electric inlet valve, a return valve, a discharge valve, a positive check valve, a discharge valve, a purge valve, a drain valve, a proportioning mixer, and supporting pipe fittings and piping.
2.When a fire occurs, the fire water pump, the water supply valve, and the electric inlet valve between the foam liquid pump and the foam tank are automatically or manually activated. Pressurized water flows through the proportioning mixer on the proportioning device. Simultaneously, the foam liquid pump's drive is manually or automatically activated, driving the foam pump to extract foam liquid from the foam tank. The foam liquid passes through the gear pump, becoming a high-pressure liquid. The balancing valve then automatically adjusts the pressure at the foam liquid inlet of the proportioning mixer to match the water supply pressure, ensuring the mixing ratio remains within a constant range.
