Z15X-16Q Threaded Soft Gate Valve
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.By rotating the handwheel the valve stem moves vertically driving the gate to rise or fall
2.Open: The gate rises to the top of the valve cavity, the fluid channel is fully opened, and the resistance is small.
3.Close: The gate is pressed down to the valve seat, and the soft sealing surface is in close contact with the valve seat, blocking the fluid.
FEATURES
1.Threaded connection (thread): easy to install, no welding required, suitable for small-diameter pipes (such as DN15-DN50).
2.Soft seal design: elastic material seal, low leakage rate, especially suitable for water, gas and other normal temperature and low-pressure media.
3.Low flow resistance: straight flow channel when fully open, small pressure loss.
4.Bidirectional flow: symmetrical gate structure allows bidirectional flow of fluid.
5.Limitations: generally not resistant to high temperature and high pressure, frequent operation can easily wear the sealing surface.
APPLICATION
1.Civilian field: building water supply and drainage, HVAC system (heating, air conditioning).
2.Industrial field: low-pressure water pipes, fire protection pipes, low-pressure gas transmission.
3.Special media: suitable for non-corrosive or weakly corrosive media such as clean water, oil, and gas.
WORKING PRESSURE
Maximum working pressure 16 bar (230psi).
STANDARD
1.Product testing is carried out in accordance with GB/T13927 Industrial valve pressure test.
2.The threaded connection is manufactured according to JB/T7307-89 (pipe thread without thread seal).
TEMPERATURE RANGE
0 °C to 80°C.
