1. The ZW self-priming sewage pump, a novel product developed through extensive research into similar domestic and international technologies, combines self-priming with non-clogging sewage discharge. It utilizes a hybrid axial recirculation system, with the pump body providing a unique impeller flow path design. Unlike conventional self-priming clean water pumps, it eliminates the need for a foot valve or water inlet, yet can also dissolve large solid particles and long fibers.
2. It is widely used in municipal sewage projects, pond and aquaculture manure treatment, waste sedimentation, and as a pump for handling impurities in chemical media such as light industry, papermaking, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation, slurries, and mixtures.
3. Compared to similar domestic products, this pump features a simple structure, excellent self-priming performance (with a self-priming height of up to 5 meters), strong discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy maintenance (it can completely replace WQ/QW submersible sewage pumps).
