PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.Manually pull the handle to directly drive the valve stem and valve plate to rotate, realizing the opening and closing of the valve or flow regulation.
2.The valve plate is fully closed at 0° and fully open at 90°, and the medium flow is controlled by the intermediate angle.
3.The rigid structure of the flange connection can withstand higher pressure and pipeline stress, and is suitable for harsh working conditions.
FEATURES
1.High pressure and high sealing:Flange connection combines metal and elastic seal, with a pressure resistance of up to PN25, and better sealing than groove butterfly valve.
2.Stable structure:Flange bolt fixing method has strong vibration and impact resistance, suitable for long-distance pipelines.
3.Operational limitations:Manual operation is laborious: suitable for pipelines below DN300, large diameter (DN350+) requires a gearbox or actuator.
4.No reduction mechanism: frequent operation can easily cause handle wear, and regular maintenance is required.
5.Wide temperature range:Elastic seal: -0℃~80℃;
6.Maintenance cost:Flange disassembly is more complicated, but the sealing ring can be replaced online, and the valve body has a long life.

1.Industrial pipelines: high-pressure steam, oil and gas transportation in the petroleum, chemical and power industries.
2.Water treatment system: pump station outlet, high-pressure water transmission main pipeline.
3.High-temperature medium: boiler system, thermal network (metal hard seal required).
