Basic structure
1. Symmetrical layout of double elbows
Double elbow manual fire water cannon is usually composed of a base, a water inlet tee, a double elbow, a water outlet tee and a gun head. The double elbows are symmetrically distributed on the left and right. By diverting the flow, the diameter of the single pipe is reduced, the overall weight is reduced (about 30%), the recoil force is balanced, the vibration during water injection is reduced, and the operational stability is improved.
2. Fire monitor body: The main structure is usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-pressure resistant metal materials (such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel).
3. Nozzle: Adjustable water flow form (direct current/spray), control range and coverage range.
4. Drive device: Provides power for horizontal rotation and pitch angle adjustment, divided into manual, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic drive.
Features
1. Horizontal and pitch adjustment: Supports horizontal 360° rotation and pitch angle adjustment from -15° to +60°, and is locked and positioned by the handle to facilitate firefighters to evacuate the fire scene.
2. Dual spray mode: with direct current (extinguishing solid fire) and spray (cooling and rescue) functions, some models support water/foam medium switching.
Working principle
1. Through the water pump pressurization, the water flow from the fire pipe network or water source is sprayed to the fire scene at high speed.
2. The operator or intelligent system adjusts the nozzle angle and water flow form to accurately cover the fire source.
