DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

1.A threaded check valve is an automatic valve connected by a thread (thread).
2.It is mainly used in pipeline systems to prevent fluid reverse flow and avoid equipment damage or system failure caused by medium back flow.
3.Forward flow: Fluid pressure pushes the valve disc to open, and the medium passes normally.
4.Reverse flow: When the fluid pressure disappears or reverses, the valve disc automatically closes under the action of gravity/spring force to block the back flow.

CARACTERÍSTICAS

1.Automatic opening and closing: no manual operation is required, and it is automatically controlled by the change of fluid pressure.
2.Low flow resistance: the flow channel is unobstructed when fully open, and the pressure loss is small (especially the swing type).
3.Reliable sealing: soft seal type is suitable for low pressure and normal temperature, and hard seal is resistant to high pressure and high temperature.
4.Installation restrictions: pay attention to the flow direction (the valve body is usually marked with an arrow) and the installation direction (some need to be installed vertically).

SOLICITUD

1.Water supply and drainage system: prevent water hammer effect at the pump outlet to protect the pump.
2.HVAC: avoid reverse mixing of hot and cold water in heating/cooling pipelines.
3.Industrial pipeline: single-flow media systems such as compressed air and oil lines.
4.Household equipment: prevent back flow at the water inlet of water heaters and water purifiers.
