1. The integrated stainless steel sewage lifting equipment features a fully enclosed, monolithic design. The housing and piping are constructed of SUS304 stainless steel, which offers excellent resistance to external forces. The pump and piping are housed internally, significantly saving installation space. An extended coupling is installed for easy maintenance. The full-flow outlet piping is equipped with our company's independently developed stainless steel quick-release ball check valve. The PLC intelligent control system allows for alternate operation of the equipment, making it a high-quality, compact sewage lifting equipment.
2. Sealed Structure: The enclosed box-type structure saves space, is odorless, and extremely quiet. The housing features a large inspection port and an extended coupling for easy installation and maintenance.
3. Overlay: Equipped with self-cutting sewage pumps, the two pumps automatically alternate operation, providing backup and pulverizing impurities to prevent clogging.
4. Maintaining Constant Pressure: The full-flow design and stainless steel quick-release ball check valves on the inlet and outlet pipes prevent backflow and blockage.
5. Highly Intelligent: The guide rails, water distribution device, square tube base, and fixing brackets are all made of SUS304 stainless steel for stability and durability.
6. Reduced Investment: The liquid level detector uses 316 stainless steel electrodes to control the start and stop of the pump, providing quick response, corrosion resistance, and durability.
7. Reduced Operating Costs: The intelligent control system, including a PLC, enables remote monitoring and combines manual and automatic functions. It also features protections for phase loss, overload, and pump anti-magnetic induction to prevent overflow.

1. Ambient Temperature: Medium temperature not exceeding 40°C, and instantaneous temperature not exceeding 60°C;
2. Relative Humidity: 0°C (non-freezing) to 40°C, relative humidity 20% to 90%, and the operating environment free of corrosive, flammable, or explosive liquids;
3. Installation Environment: The installation site must be free of conductive or flammable dust, gases, or other media that may corrode metal or damage insulation;
4. Altitude: Under normal operating conditions, the operating altitude must be below 1000 meters. Adjusting the control components can achieve other operating requirements;
5. Power Supply: Power frequency is 50 ± 5 Hz, and the default voltage is three-phase AC 380V ± 10%. "D" indicates two-phase AC 220V.
