DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

1.Wafer handle butterfly valve is a butterfly valve that adopts wafer connection and handle operation.
2.It can realize quick opening and closing or flow adjustment by rotating the valve plate.
3.It has the characteristics of compact structure and convenient operation.

CARACTERÍSTICAS

1.Compact structure: The clamp design is small in size and light in weight, suitable for pipelines with narrow space (such as DN50-DN1200).
2.Easy to operate: 90° rotation can complete opening and closing, the handle saves effort, suitable for frequent operation.
3.Low flow resistance and high efficiency: When fully open, the valve plate has minimal obstruction to the fluid, and the pressure loss is lower than that of gate valves and stop valves.
4.Economical and practical: Low manufacturing cost, simple maintenance, suitable for large-scale applications.
5.Limitations:Soft seals are not resistant to high temperature and high pressure, and hard seals are more expensive.
6.Long-term partial opening use can easily lead to seal wear or valve plate vibration

1.Water supply and drainage system: municipal water supply, sewage treatment plant, pump station flow control.
2.HVAC: hot and cold water circulation, ventilation duct air volume adjustment.
3.Industrial pipeline: medium and low pressure liquid, gas or slurry medium in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
4.Fire protection system: rapid opening and closing of sprinkler pipes and flow regulation.
