ESPECIFICACIONES

1.Blast Wave Valve is a safety device used to protect pipeline systems or confined spaces from damage caused by explosion shock waves.
2.It is commonly used in high-risk environments such as civil air defense projects, petrochemicals, and military facilities.
3.Shock wave protection: When an explosion occurs, quickly block the shock wave (over pressure, high temperature, debris) from entering the protected area through the pipe or ventilation system.
4.Fire and poison prevention: Some designs can block flames and toxic gases at the same time to ensure the safety of the internal environment.
5.System protection: Prevent equipment and pipelines from being damaged due to over pressure and reduce the risk of secondary disasters.

Maintenance:

1.Clean the inside of the valve body regularly to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the seal.
2.Check the flexibility of the spring or drive mechanism to ensure fast response.
3.Simulate shock wave testing to verify valve reliability.

Typical application scenarios

1.Civil air defense engineering: Prevent explosion shock waves from entering the shelter in the ventilation system.
2.Petrochemical: Explosion-proof isolation of storage tanks and pipelines.
3.Nuclear facilities: Protection against accidental explosions or sudden pressure increases.
4.Mining: Protection against underground gas explosions.
