Introduce

3PE coated steel pipe is a composite anti-corrosion coating formed by sequentially coating the surface of the steel pipe with three layers of materials: epoxy powder, adhesive and polyethylene.
The epoxy powder primer bonds tightly to the steel pipe, exhibiting excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance. The intermediate adhesive layer connects the epoxy powder and polyethylene, enhancing the bond strength between the coatings. The outer polyethylene layer provides superior weather resistance, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance.
All products are manufactured in accordance with Chinese national standards (GB), American standards (ASTM), European standards (EN), German standards (DIN), Russian standards (GOST), Japanese standards (JIS), and industry standards.
